At Iron Gentry, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@irongentry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@irongentry.com with your order details.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@irongentry.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
